The Sleepwalkers

The Sleepwalkers hail from National City, CA and have been playing their brand of Chicano Roots-Rock since 1994. By infusing a mix of Rockabilly, Blues, Americana, and Cumbia, their eclectic style is known for getting folks out on the dance floor.

As part of the Chicano-rock community, they have played with the likes of The Texas Tornadoes, The Blasters, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Big Sandy, Wayne Hancock, Link Wray, Son Rompe Pera, Poncho Sanchez, Manic Hispanic, and Ozomatli, just to name a few. The Sleepwalkers have also been nominated numerous times over the years for the San Diego Music Awards, winning in the Best Americana category in 2020 & 2025.

Now, more than three decades into their journey, The Sleepwalkers are releasing their newest album, Almas Perdidas in September of 2026. The eight-track collection highlights their authentic and multi-layered style while reflecting on the cultural identity and community experiences that have shaped the band.
